Ideal spot for a family vacation
The staff really went above and beyond. One special moment was when they ran after us with our forgotten phone in the heat, it was touching, like a scene from a movie. also, the room had a humidifier and nice amenities that definitely, like a DHC cleansing set available at the lobby.
It wasn't exactly cheap. but you get what you pay for.

Staff super friendly and helpful. Rooms not spacious, but okay for light travelers. Close to subway, easy access to malls.

Oh man, the breakfast spread was a total winner, especially those French toasts that had me dreaming! Plus, the location is super close to a bunch of great spots like Yabaton for the best Nagoya-style pork cutlet. The staff was such a warm crew, always greeting me like an old friend.
Now, I did notice the housekeeping could’ve used a bit more of a 'wham-bam' with the vacuuming, but honestly, everything else about the stay was pure magic.

Comfort and Convenience Near the Station
We had a wonderful time during our stay! The staff arranged our luggage before check-in, which was a lovely surprise. Although the passing trains were audible, the location proved unbeatable for quick access to the city. Don't miss trying the on-site restaurant’s delicious breakfast buffet!

My stay was fantastic! The staff was exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make my solo trip enjoyable. However, the housekeeping could’ve used a bit more attention to the vacuuming.

I had an amazing stay where I enjoyed the delicious breakfast that offered something new every day and loved the relaxing atmosphere by the cozy lounge area. The hotel also had a great on-site gym and a fantastic outdoor terrace for unwinding after a day of exploring. Just a heads up, getting to the train station requires a bit of a walk, but it didn’t dampen my overall experience! 😊

Very clean and comfortable atmosphere.
I stayed for 5 nights and I was disappointed with the housekeeping. Every morning, I could feel the dust in the air, triggering my allergies. It seemed like the vacuuming was overlooked, which really impacted the overall comfort of my stay.

A Hidden Gem in Nagoya
The hotel surprised me with spacious rooms and incredibly polite staff. Breakfast was a delightful experience with something new served every day. Be sure to try the local specialties!
The only downside was the housekeeping didn’t vacuum thoroughly, causing some allergy issues. Not a dealbreaker but could be improved.
